Shipping Coverage
YE’S VOICE ships worldwide.
Free Shipping Thresholds
- United States: Free Standard Shipping on orders over US$120 (after discounts).
- Most other countries/regions: Free Standard Shipping on orders over US$100 (after discounts).
- Remote/Special regions: If additional shipping fees apply, we will email you for confirmation before dispatch; if you do not accept, you may cancel for a full refund.
Duties & Customs (DDP)
- We and our logistics partners in principle operate under the DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) model. For most destinations, import duties and customs fees are handled in advance by us or our partners, and you normally do not pay on delivery.
- Exceptions: Due to local regulations, carrier policies, or temporary controls, certain destinations/shipments may not be eligible for DDP. In such cases, duties or additional fees may be payable by the recipient. We will notify you promptly before dispatch or during customs clearance and provide guidance.
- Please do not refuse or abandon parcels because of duties or customs. To the extent permitted by law, such parcels may be destroyed by customs and related losses and incurred costs are non-refundable. This clause does not affect any statutory rights you may have.
Processing Time
- Standard orders: Dispatched within 3–5 business days (Mon–Fri) after order placement.
- Special cases: If an item is temporarily out of stock or requires reproduction (e.g., re-sampling), processing may take longer.
Shipping Methods & Transit Time
- Standard Shipping: Default for all products, typically ~6–12 business days after dispatch (depends on destination, carrier capacity, and customs). These timeframes are estimates and do not constitute a delivery guarantee or compensation standard.
- Expedited/Express: Available for certain products only. Availability appears on the checkout page. If no expedited option is shown, the product does not support expedited shipping.
Tracking & Delivery
- You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking typically updates within 24–48 hours.
- Some addresses may require a signature on delivery. If you request address changes, scheduled delivery, or re-delivery, the carrier may charge additional fees.
Address Accuracy & Delivery Failures
- Please provide complete and accurate details (full name; street and house/building number; unit/suite; city; state/province; postal code; phone).
- If a parcel is returned for customer-related reasons (e.g., incorrect address, unreachable recipient, unclaimed pickup, refusal):
- We can arrange re-shipment after we receive the return; re-shipping and related fees are borne by the customer.
- If the customer opts to cancel, the refund equals the product price minus any outbound/return shipping, handling, and, if applicable, duties, storage, or destruction fees. This does not affect your statutory cancellation/return rights.
After-Sales & Support
- For delays, damage, or loss, please contact knox@yes-voice.com within 7 days or within a reasonable time after you become aware of the issue, and within the carrier’s investigation window. Provide your order number and evidence (e.g., photos of outer carton/contents, carrier receipts). We will assist with the carrier claim.
- Force majeure (including weather, strikes, public events, peak-season congestion, customs inspection/security checks, etc.) may extend timelines. Such delays do not qualify for shipping-fee refunds and do not affect your statutory rights.
