RETURN AND EXCHANGEPOLICY
Returns can be made within 7 days after you receive all items. For eligible non-defective returns, we offer YE’S VOICE store credit or exchange only. Cash refunds to the original payment method are not provided. Buyers are responsible for arranging the return and for all costs incurred during the return process, including return shipping, taxes, and customs fees. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Do not return any item without the return address provided by us, as the return address is not the same as the address shown on the parcel label.
At YE’S VOICE, we share the same values as our customers. We have zero tolerance for fraudulent orders. Any fraudulent or malicious activity will be reported to the local police.

RETURN CONDITION REQUIREMENTS
Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, unstained, odor-free, and in original condition with all original packaging and hangtags attached. Where applicable, hygiene stickers must remain intact. Returns showing any signs of wear, use, damage, makeup, spray tan, perfume, deodorant, body odor, or missing tags, packaging, or hygiene stickers will be refused.
Refunds: For eligible non-defective returns, we offer YE’S VOICE store credit (e-gift card) or exchange only after inspection. Cash refunds to the original payment method are not provided for eligible non-defective returns. Original shipping costs are excluded. If your order qualified for free shipping, the actual outbound shipping cost we incurred will be deducted. A US$6 restocking fee per returned item will be deducted from the store credit amount, exchange value, or any approved refund amount. For confirmed defective or incorrect items, a refund to the original payment method may be provided at our discretion.
It may be possible to cancel an order within 2 hours of it being placed. Please email us at knox@yes-voice.com to request a cancellation.
Please be noted that we charge 5% of the total order value for order cancellation processing fee. Once the order begins processing in our system, we may not be able to amend it. Please take extra care when placing an order, as we do not accept any changes on orders that have already been processed. By placing an order, you expressly agree to follow and abide by these terms.
Return processing typically takes up to 2–3 weeks from the date shipped to arrive at the warehouse and can take up to 2–3 weeks from the date received to be processed.
At YE’S VOICE, we understand that sometimes preferences may change, and size does not work out perfectly all the time. We strive to provide a hassle-free exchange experience for our valued customers. Items eligible for exchange must be in their original condition, unused, and with all tags/packaging intact. Exchanges are subject to product availability. Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of exchanges.
Please note, products marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return. Custom-made items are also non-refundable.
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or exchanges for wholesale orders. They are often offered at significantly discounted prices compared to retail, with the understanding that the sale is final. This helps us manage financial risks and maintain competitive pricing.
Therefore, for wholesale customers, we highly recommend ordering a few pieces at the original price first to test the quality and sizing.
If a parcel is refused at delivery, unclaimed, or cannot be delivered due to customer-related reasons (for example: incorrect or incomplete address, not arranging re-delivery, or not collecting the parcel from a pickup point in time):
In such cases, the customer may be responsible for all return-related costs, including return shipping costs, carrier handling fees, taxes, and customs fees. Where applicable, these amounts will be deducted from any eligible refund or charged before reshipment.
We are unable to issue refunds for parcels that are refused, unclaimed, or undeliverable and cannot be returned to us (for example: the parcel is treated as abandoned, destroyed by the carrier, or return-to-sender service is not available in the destination country). In these cases, the order will be treated as completed.
If you would like us to ship your order again after a refused or unclaimed delivery, a new shipping fee will be required.
