RETURN AND EXCHANGEPOLICY
INTRODUCTION
Returns can be made within 7 days from the date you've received all your items. Unfortunately, we do not cover return shipping at this time. Customers are responsible for arranging the return (we’re working on more customer-friendly options). Please be advised that loose ends and tiny, slight stains will not be considered as quality issues.
Meanwhile, please be advised that shipping fees, including expedited shipping charges, are non-refundable in the event of a return.
Returns that are damaged, worn, or without the original packaging and hangtags will not be accepted. In the event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, your return may be refused.
Important Notice: The return address is not the same as the one on the label. Please do not return items without obtaining the address provided by us.
Important: At YE’S VOICE, we share the same values as our customers. We have zero tolerance for fraudulent orders. Any fraudulent or malicious activity will be reported to the local police.
HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM?

- In the email, tell us your order number, and the item(s) you would like to return.
- Please note that you can only submit ONE request for each order.
- We'll be in touch with instructions for return after we receive your information within 48 business hours.
Refunds: Processed after inspection. Original shipping costs are excluded. If your order qualified for free shipping, the actual outbound shipping cost we incurred will be deducted from your refund. A US$6 restocking fee per item applies.
HOW TO CANCEL MY ORDER?
It may be possible to cancel an order within 2 hours of it being placed. Please email us at knox@yes-voice.com to request a cancellation.
Please be noted that we charge 5% of the total order value for order cancellation processing fee. Once the order begins processing in our system, we may not be able to amend it. Please take extra care when placing an order, as we do not accept any changes on orders that have already been processed. By placing an order, you expressly agree to follow and abide by these terms.
HOW DOES RETURN WORK?
Return processing typically takes up to 2–3 weeks from the date shipped to arrive at the warehouse and can take up to 2–3 weeks from the date received to be processed.

EXCHANGES
At YE’S VOICE, we understand that sometimes preferences may change, and size does not work out perfectly all the time. We strive to provide a hassle-free exchange experience for our valued customers. Items eligible for exchange must be in their original condition, unused, and with all tags/packaging intact. Exchanges are subject to product availability. Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of exchanges.
FINAL SALE & CUSTOM ORDER
Please note, products marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return. Custom-made items are also non-refundable.
WHOLESALE ORDERS
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or exchanges for wholesale orders. They are often offered at significantly discounted prices compared to retail, with the understanding that the sale is final. This helps us manage financial risks and maintain competitive pricing.
Therefore, for wholesale customers, we highly recommend ordering a few pieces at the original price first to test the quality and sizing.
